Experience in writing project reports for government bids, especially for $100 million projects, is highly desirable.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and develop action plans.
- Evaluate and prioritize business development opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and report on the performance of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- More than 10 years of experience in project management within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or management consulting roles with more than 7 years of experience

- Deliverables : A concise Strategic Plan Document outlining the market research, strategic priorities, action plans, and risk analysis. Use bullet points, tables, and diagrams where appropriate for clarity.
