Key Responsibilities
- Build AI voice agents for inbound/outbound calls using LLMs, speech-to-text, and telephony APIs
- Design conversation flows for loan lead qualification and customer intent detection
- Develop CRM modules using Django and Django REST Framework for lead tracking and workflow automation
- Integrate AI agents with WhatsApp, telephony systems, and internal dashboards
- Create lead scoring, call summaries, and automated follow-up workflows
- Optimize AI agent performance using real business data and prompt engineering
Requirements
- Strong Python and Django expertise with REST API development
- Experience with LLMs, voice agents, or conversational AI systems
- Familiarity with speech-to-text/text-to-speech APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs)
- Understanding of CRM workflows and backend system integration
- Ability to design scalable systems for FinTech automation
