Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Engineer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will write clean, bug-free code, ensure integration with third-party APIs, and make design decisions for maintainable systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to adapt to evolving requirements, debug and reverse engineer code, balance user needs with business objectives, and prepare thorough documentation for users.
Mandatory Skills
- Enterprise Architecture Capability
- Hands on experience Odool5+ (currently used version is Odoo 17)
- Odoo version upgrades/migrations - automated process
- Odoo User base (Logged-in users) > 500 Users.
- Custom Odoo Plugin development experience - Multiple Data Sources and Visualization plugin integration
- Odoo on Kubernetes (Microservices Based Architecture) with DevOps understanding
- Odoo Architecture for scalability and high availability, on Linux like systems
- Odoo UI customizations frameworks hands on- Qw1/TypeScript/JavaScript/CSS hooks and techniques
- Cross technology expertise
- Ability to handle high ambiguity, provide thought leadership working across different stakeholders
- Hands-on experience on Rest API Development/Python Development and integration in Odoo
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Superset).
- Data Structure & Data Modelling
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Programming Languages:
- Proficiency in Python is essential.
Operating Systems:
- Linux
Desired Skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering from a reputed University
- 8+ years of experience with Django , Django Rest Framework, Python 3, Mysql, Elasticsearch, websockets, javascript, JIRA, Gitlab, Rest API, GCP or AWS
- Experience in writing unit testing and test case automation.
- Ability to operate in an Agile environment with a start-up mentality and unstructured environment, Energy, drive and passion to work, and operate in a digital world.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with remote teams
