Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment with Agile principles
- Collaborate with software development teams to write and refine user stories, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes
- Identify and address impediments to remove blockers and enable timely project deliverables
- Foster strong communication across cross-functional teams to streamline collaboration
- Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics to stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining and improving Agile processes and frameworks
Requirements
- Proficiency in Sprint Planning and facilitation of Agile ceremonies
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve project challenges effectively
- Excellent communication skills for fostering collaboration and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with creating and refining user stories
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Relevant certifications in Agile or Scrum are a plus
