Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales engagements for software engineering opportunities, owning solutioning, estimation, and technical narrative to win deals
- Craft and present compelling proposals, PoCs, and demos showcasing AI-first engineering capabilities to prospects and customers
- Define and drive the Software Engineering practice strategy, including service offerings, capability frameworks, and delivery methodologies
- Establish standards, playbooks, and best practices for AI-augmented software engineering delivery across the full lifecycle
- Represent the organization externally through conference talks, white papers, and community engagement on AI-transformed engineering
- Identify and institutionalize AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Devin) to boost team productivity and quality
Requirements
- 8-15 years in software engineering with at least 2 years applying AI to transform engineering practices
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting
- Strong background in building and growing engineering practices or teams
- Deep knowledge of AI coding assistants, AI-driven testing tools, and modern software engineering lifecycles
- Natural leader able to inspire engineers and engage C-suite stakeholders with equal confidence
