Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize carbon capture processes for industrial applications
- Develop simulation models using HYSYS and Aspen Plus to evaluate process efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable engineering solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and techno-economic analyses for carbon capture projects
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in carbon capture
- Proficiency in process simulation software (HYSYS, Aspen Plus)
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and separation processes
- Experience with pilot-scale or industrial carbon capture projects
