As a 2026 Associate Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst/Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst, you will be responsible for providing cost schedule control support to the program management team. This includes developing and maintaining cost schedules, analyzing and reporting on cost and schedule performance, and providing recommendations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cost schedules, including creating and updating cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Analyze and report on cost and schedule performance, including identifying and addressing variances and deviations from the approved cost schedule.
  • Provide recommendations to improve program efficiency and effectiveness, including identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with program management team to develop and implement cost schedule control processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with program stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and other Northrop Grumman teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cost schedule control, program management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, SAP, and Oracle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with program stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
