Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI systems tailored for banking and financial services workflows
- Develop autonomous decision-making frameworks for fraud detection, risk assessment, and customer service automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing financial infrastructure
- Optimize AI models for scalability, latency, and regulatory compliance in financial environments
- Mentor junior engineers and lead architecture reviews for AI-driven financial applications
- Ensure alignment with industry standards such as Basel III, GDPR, and PCI-DSS
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML system design, with 3+ years in financial services
- Expertise in agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) and reinforcement learning
- Strong background in Python, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with financial data models, APIs, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems in regulated industries
