Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
- Implement and optimize machine learning models for real-time inference and adaptive behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into production workflows
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-driven solutions
- Document architectures, APIs, and deployment strategies for maintainable systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on agentic systems
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, LLM fine-tuning, and autonomous agent frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
