What You'll Do
- Build, test, and deploy Agentic AI systems using LLMs, tools, memory, and planning.
- Design AI-powered workflows for banking use cases such as underwriting, compliance, fraud, and customer service.
- Work with modern AI stacks (OpenAI, AutoGen, vector databases, etc.) to create production-ready prototypes.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, structured data, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with product and domain experts to deliver high-impact features fast.
Who You Are
Required:
- 0–5 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Exposure to frameworks like AutoGen, Crew AI or custom orchestration logic.
- Passion for building practical systems—not just research or demos.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Bonus (Not required, but a plus):
- Experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agentic architectures.
- Background in financial data, KYC, risk modeling, or compliance.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.
