Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of conversational AI systems and WhatsApp AI agents
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search systems, and recommendation engines
- Architect and scale AI workflow orchestration and multi-agent systems
- Develop predictive analytics and hotel intelligence systems
- Implement large-scale inference pipelines and AI automation infrastructure
- Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence in AI system development
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience with production systems
- Strong expertise in Python, LLMs, and generative AI frameworks
- Experience with RAG systems, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and FastAPI
- Proficiency in vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration
- Background in scalable architectures, APIs, and backend systems
