We're breaking new ground by developing a real-time conversational agent (text and voice) to transform inside sales and customer support for companies offering high-value products. As a key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in shaping our AI technology stack.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated AI Applied Research Intern to join our team. Our work culture is hybrid, with our core team based out of Delhi NCR. This is a paid position.
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced machine learning and AI models, with industry Ops standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest AI research and technologies.
- Applying and conducting cutting-edge research.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI models into our product.
- Identify and implement ways to enhance the performance of our AI models.
- Participate in research discussions, contribute innovative ideas, and propose novel AI solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Promote a positive and innovative company culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in AI research, particularly in Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and models.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms.
- Solid understanding of statistics and mathematical models underpinning AI/ML algorithms.
- Self-starter exhibiting ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience in writing clean, efficient code and setting coding standards.
