As an AI Business Intern you'll work at the intersection of AI, technology, and customer success, helping some of the world's leading media and technology brands get the most from Bitmovin's platform.

This is not a "watch and learn" internship. You'll work directly with customers and partner with teams across Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to solve real business challenges and drive measurable impact.

We're looking for someone who is curious, ambitious, and excited by how AI is changing the way businesses operate. If you're the kind of person who experiments with tools like Claude or ChatGPT, enjoys figuring things out, and loves turning ideas into action, you'll fit right in.

As an AI Business Intern, you will cover:

  • Help Customers Succeed Support customers in getting the most value from Bitmovin's products and services. Build relationships, understand customer needs, and help identify opportunities to improve their experience and outcomes.
  • Leverage AI & Modern Tools Explore and use AI-powered tools to improve workflows, research customer insights, enhance productivity, and support customer-facing initiatives. Help identify smarter ways of working across the revenue organization.
  • Turn Data into Insights Analyze customer usage trends, engagement patterns, feedback, and business metrics to uncover opportunities, identify risks, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Research, Experiment & Innovate Bring fresh ideas and curiosity to the team. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI trends, and new ways of working that can help customers and internal teams succeed.
