About the Role
We are looking for AI builders who can use modern AI tools to solve problems and ship solutions quickly. This is not a traditional developer role. You will not be limited to a specific programming language or framework. You will focus on building agents, automations, and internal tools that improve how the company operates and serves customers. This role is based in our office and requires in-person collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Build AI-powered agents, bots, and internal tools.
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar to develop solutions.
- Turn business problems into working products quickly.
- Experiment, iterate, and ship fast.
- Work across teams to improve systems and processes.
