Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative Content Strategist who can lead and scale content initiatives across text, video, and audio formats. This role requires a strong storyteller with analytical depth, operational agility, and the ability to leverage AI tools to optimize and automate content workflows. You will shape 1Weather’s content narrative, drive audience engagement, and continuously evolve the content ecosystem to support brand and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel content strategy across written, video, and audio platforms.
    • Own and manage the content roadmap and calendar to ensure consistent and impactful storytelling.
    • Maintain clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice across all content assets.
  • Creative Excellence
    • Act as a creative leader across formats, bringing fresh ideas to strengthen the content pipeline.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance storytelling, distribution, and audience engagement.
    • Experiment with new approaches to improve quality, scale, and effectiveness of content.
  • AI & Process Optimization
    • Leverage AI tools to streamline content ideation, creation, distribution, and performance tracking.
    • Build scalable systems and workflows to increase efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
    • Drive automation initiatives that enhance productivity without compromising creativity.
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Define meaningful KPIs aligned with business objectives.
    • Analyze content performance data to derive actionable insights.
    • Use data-driven thinking to refine strategy and improve overall impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Leadership teams to align content initiatives with broader organizational goals.
    • Contribute to identifying and developing new strategic opportunities for content growth.
  • Execution in a Fast-Paced Environment
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
    • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, media, or related roles.
  • Proven experience leading multi-format content initiatives (text, video, audio).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for content creation, optimization, or workflow automation.
  • Excellent storytelling, editorial, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
