Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI-enabled product development across frontend, backend, automation, data, and AI/ML integration workflows
- Guide engineering teams with clarity, urgency, and compassion while translating ideas into scalable systems
- Own technical execution from requirements to architecture, development, testing, deployment, and iteration
- Support AI enablement initiatives including automation, document processing, workflow intelligence, and LLM-based tools
- Mentor engineers and AI Enablers, fostering growth through high standards and hands-on guidance
- Drive startup energy: solve problems quickly, learn iteratively, and deliver measurable outcomes
Requirements
- 5–6 years in software engineering with strong full-stack and AI-enabled product development experience
- Proven ability to lead engineering execution while remaining hands-on in a fast-moving environment
- Deep understanding of product thinking: user needs, business goals, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines
- Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- Based in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR or willing to relocate for an on-site role
