About The Role
We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.

- Build human-in-the-loop interfaces that allow business users to review, approve, or override AI-generated recommendations before action is taken
- Develop automated alert and routing systems that surface AI-driven insights to the right stakeholders at the right time
- Integrate AI agents with internal data platforms, ERP systems, CRM tools, and third-party APIs to ensure agents have access to the data they need
AI Evaluation & Platform Research
- Evaluate emerging AI platforms and tools against specific business use cases — producing structured assessments and recommendations for leadership
- Define prompt engineering standards, system prompt versioning, and model evaluation frameworks across all AI products
- Implement guardrails, fallback handling, and monitoring for all production AI agents to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Stay current on the AI landscape and actively bring relevant ideas and tools to the team's attention
Internal AI Enablement
- Contribute to internal AI training programmes — helping non-technical teams understand and adopt AI tools effectively
- Run workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build AI literacy across the organisation
- Document AI systems clearly so that the broader engineering team can maintain and extend them
