Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy custom machine learning, NLP, and large language model (LLM) solutions for batch and stream processing pipelines
- Design and implement data ingestion, preprocessing, and retrieval systems including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments
- Apply best practices for data privacy, security, and bias mitigation in AI systems
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative approaches
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-world problem-solving
Requirements
- Strong background in Computer Science, AI, or related fields with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks with cloud platform experience
- Experience developing NLP, generative AI, or LLM models
- Understanding of ethical AI considerations and data privacy best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for cutting-edge AI technologies
