Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical queries related to GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, Gemini Enterprise, Devin, GitHub Copilot)
- Diagnose and resolve issues with IDE configuration, plugin connectivity, and enterprise authentication
- Assist in onboarding project teams to the GenAI ecosystem and provide hands-on demonstrations
- Guide users on effective prompt engineering within IDEs to ensure high-quality code generation
- Document FAQs, create 'How-To' guides, and maintain a technical knowledge base
- Assist in testing new features or updates in GenAI tools and validate their fit for purpose
Requirements
- Hands-on experience or strong technical understanding of GenAI-powered IDEs and agents
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IDE configurations and plugin integrations
- Ability to create clear technical documentation and user guides
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on user enablement
- Familiarity with enterprise authentication and security standards
