Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AI-generated code to identify inconsistencies and debug issues
- Develop structured hints and prompts to enhance AI-assisted learning and problem-solving
- Assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and coherence
- Provide human feedback to improve AI model training through reinforcement learning
- Assist in fine-tuning AI models using curated datasets to optimize performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 college or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++
- Experience with modern frameworks including React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate AI-generated outputs
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in grammar and logical flow
