About the Role
We're looking for a visionary leader who is passionate about playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR Tech by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform HR processes, elevate employee engagement, and drive measurable results.
As the AI Group Product Manager, you will drive innovation by researching emerging AI and analytics trends, identifying market opportunities, promoting ethical AI, and shaping a compelling product vision and roadmap that harnesses AI to revolutionize HR tech solutions.
This role is for you if you are a product leader with a deep understanding of user-first feature development, experience with SaaS products and AI-driven solutions, and a passion for changing recruiting forever. You will own product strategy and vision and lead a team of PMs as they build products from conception to implementation and beyond.
This is an interdisciplinary role: you will work with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to deliver a world-class product. You will launch new products and expand on existing capabilities that support our mission of connecting people to jobs to scale, and that will be used by recruiting teams at thousands of companies worldwide.
What You Will Do
- Lead a small team of Product Managers to deliver a world-class product
- Leverage your deep experience to build, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers to meet company objectives and bring new products and features to market
- Develop a strong product strategy and roadmap for SmartRecruiters Intelligence product group by analyzing market trends and using qualitative and quantitative research
- Identify new market opportunities to drive innovation and business growth
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to bridge product strategy with engineering plans while ensuring exceptional user experience
- Launch products at scale with an eye for data, compliance, and technical requirements
Qualifications
- Over two years of experience in leading product management teams
- Experience managing SaaS or B2B products, preferably with a focus on developing AI-enabled products
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and analytics solutions, preferably their application in HR
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving product innovation
- Able to translate strategic vision into actionable execution
- Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Good grasp of UX
- Empathy and active listening
- Penchant for data-informed decision-making
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple teams on complex projects
- Fluent in English
