Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement intelligent automation workflows and API-driven integrations across enterprise applications and IT systems
- Develop middleware and microservices for seamless data exchange and process orchestration between platforms like Atlassian, Freshservice, Workday, CRM systems, and Genesys
- Build end-to-end automation workflows for IT operations, incident management, and business processes using Python, Ansible, and RPA tools
- Deploy LLM-based solutions for intelligent ticket classification, automated knowledge base generation, and conversational IT support
- Integrate NLP-powered chatbots and virtual assistants for self-service IT and workflow automation
- Ensure integrations and workflows are secure, scalable, and resilient with observability and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in application integration, automation engineering, and API development
- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and automation platforms
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Hugging Face, Anthropic) and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance standards
