Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and interpretability
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training and deployment
- Research and evaluate emerging ML techniques and tools
- Ensure reproducibility and robustness of AI systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong background in statistics and data analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
