Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML projects
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML to enhance product capabilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Python and related frameworks
- Document models, experiments, and processes for reproducibility and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
