Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation for new customers, including API integrations, data mapping, and workflow configuration
- Debug and resolve technical issues in the field, often on the same day they surface
- Translate customer pain points into shipped features by contributing directly to the codebase (Rails API, GraphQL, React)
- Develop technical onboarding materials, API documentation, and integration guides for customers
- Identify opportunities to expand revenue with existing customers through technical depth and problem-solving
- Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts as the primary point of contact
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or a customer-facing technical role
- Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies (Rails, GraphQL, React) with the ability to ship production code
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
- Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and customer-facing technical delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
