On our proprietary research team—Market Intelligence—you’ll partner with our investment professionals and Compliance team to work with alternative data to uncover insights about companies, industries, and the broader economy through deep fundamental research and applying data science and engineering techniques. You’ll work alongside a talented team with diverse skills, backgrounds, and perspectives. Our industry researchers, product managers, and data scientists and engineers work together to build compliant research products. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the development and delivery of AI products that transform Market Intelligence workflows and enable investment professionals to generate differentiated research and trading ideas
  • Work with investment professionals to identify and prioritize AI use cases that drive productivity and actionable insights
  • Translate research and investment needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and internal approval processes through testing, deployment, and operational support, with metrics-driven reporting on adoption and business impact
  • Establish and maintain model governance standards, including testing, monitoring, documentation, and performance validation to ensure reliability and responsible use
  • Develop integrations between external Compliance approved data sources and internal systems, and collaborate with data engineering to ensure high-quality inputs and reproducible data pipelines
  • Stay current of AI and machine learning trends, evaluate new methods and tools, and represent Market Intelligence in shaping the firm’s broader AI strategy

WHAT'S REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience, including experience in AI/ML product initiatives or solution engineering teams
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and operating AI/ML products in production with measurable business impact
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and data pipelines, including proficiency in SQL or equivalent data querying tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
