THE ROLE

As an AI Knowledge & Adoption Intern, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI engineering and real-world business application, turning complex technology into a competitive advantage for our global teams. You will drive the mission of democratizing AI expertise by building a high-impact internal knowledge ecosystem and facilitating the hands-on learning that fuels organizational change. Collaborating closely with engineers, business leads, and change management experts, you’ll ensure our workforce doesn't just have access to AI tools, but possesses the mastery to use them responsibly and innovatively.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Architect a Centralized Knowledge Engine: Own the structure and evolution of our AI knowledge library, ensuring that use cases, risk frameworks, and best practices are indexed and instantly accessible to drive cross-departmental efficiency.
  • Translate Complexity into Action: Transform technical AI concepts into clear, practical playbooks and guidance that empower both technical and non-technical stakeholders to integrate AI into their daily workflows.
  • Drive Engagement Through Enablement: Lead the end-to-end coordination of workshops, demos, and Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions, measuring success by the increased adoption and confidence levels of participants.
  • Bridge Stakeholder Gaps: Act as a project coordinator between engineering and business units to surface new AI requirements, ensuring our internal content remains synchronized with the rapid pace of technological updates.
  • Promote Responsible Innovation: Guide teams on the ethical trade-offs and limitations of AI tools, ensuring that our adoption journey remains safe, compliant, and impactful.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • AI Fluency and Technical Translation: You are an active user of generative AI tools with the unique ability to explain how they work—and why they matter—to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Project Coordination and Stakeholder Mastery: You possess a high degree of organizational skill, capable of managing multiple moving parts and ensuring follow-through in a fast-paced environment involving cross-functional teams.
  • Information Architecture and Content Strategy: You have a talent for structuring information logically, making complex documentation easy to navigate, and distilling high-level ideas into actionable content.
  • Change Advocacy and Facilitation: You understand the dynamics of how people adopt new technology and feel energized when leading interactive workshops or events that help others overcome the learning curve.
