Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts to drive accurate, consistent, and high-quality outputs from AI systems
- Build and optimize AI agents and copilots for internal teams to streamline workflows
- Develop tools and automations to support AI-driven workflows and integrate AI into existing platforms
- Define and track metrics to evaluate AI output quality and workflow performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and train users on AI tools
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI agent development
- Strong proficiency in Python and API integration
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and workflow automation
- Ability to analyze output quality and iterate for continuous improvement
- Experience working in regulated environments with a focus on compliance and auditability
