Key Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and optimize AI prompts for learning applications to enhance user engagement and knowledge retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into educational platforms
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess prompt effectiveness and model performance
- Stay updated with advancements in NLP and LLM technologies to implement cutting-edge solutions
- Document prompt strategies and best practices for team-wide adoption
- Conduct experiments to measure impact on learning outcomes and user experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on NLP or prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar
- Strong understanding of transformer models, fine-tuning techniques, and evaluation metrics
- Experience with prompt optimization and iterative testing methodologies
- Familiarity with educational technology or learning sciences is a plus
