You will work closely with our engineering team to resolve technical issues, develop and implement solutions, and provide exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for AI-related products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Python, Node.js, and AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
