About Our Team (Project)
The AI Transformation Dept. is an organization that helps KRAFTON members effectively utilize AI to solve problems faster and more creatively. We are transforming KRAFTON's work methods and production processes based on various technologies and methodologies such as generative AI, AI agents, task automation, and data-driven problem-solving. Our role is to create an environment where members can directly experiment with AI, apply it to their work, and disseminate those experiences throughout the organization. The monthly AX Hackathon is a flagship program that drives this change. Through the hackathon, the AI Transformation Dept. supports members in solving real problems using AI, and ensures that excellent cases lead to a company-wide AX culture.

You will be involved in the entire process from participant recruitment, preparation, on-site execution, results compilation, to the discovery of excellent cases.
