Key Responsibilities
- Design and build frameworks to automate testing of AI-driven voice systems and conversational bots
- Develop simulation capabilities for AI-to-AI and human-to-AI conversational interactions
- Validate conversational flows, responses, and system behavior on Voice AI platforms
- Analyze end-to-end call flows including signaling and media paths (SIP, RTP, codecs, latency)
- Identify gaps in AI bot behavior and improve conversation accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance real-world AI bot performance
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript (Node.js preferred)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and backend systems
- Basic knowledge of real-time systems (WebSockets, event-driven architectures)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, conversational systems, or automation frameworks
- Ability to troubleshoot SIP signaling and media handling in voice systems
