Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using AI/ML techniques
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms and frameworks
- Ensure robust data pipelines and preprocessing workflows
- Monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Strong background in statistics, mathematics, and data science
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
