Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate power distribution systems for satellite components
- Develop control algorithms for power regulation and fault management
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate power systems into satellite platforms
- Perform simulations and testing to ensure system reliability in space environments
- Optimize power consumption and efficiency for extended mission durations
- Document technical specifications and compliance with aerospace standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in power systems design for aerospace or defense
- Proficiency in control systems, embedded programming, and simulation tools
- Experience with power electronics, batteries, and solar arrays
- Familiarity with aerospace standards (e.g., ECSS, MIL-STD)
