We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst, Talent Acquisition to join our team in Mexicali, Mexico. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to inform hiring strategies and improve the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform hiring strategies and improve the candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand business needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and data analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
