Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber AI Engineer with 3–4 years of proven industry experience to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions at scale. This is a 360° role, covering the entire AI lifecycle from research and prototyping to production deployment and performance optimization. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with hands-on problem-solving, capable of working across data engineering, model building, MLOps, and business-facing solution delivery. This is an on-site role in Bengaluru, designed for professionals ready to push boundaries and build AI systems that matter.
Key Responsibilities
- AI/ML Model Development
- Research, design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art ML/DL models (NLP, CV, generative AI, predictive analytics).
- Translate business requirements into AI-powered applications and APIs.
- Build scalable, production-ready AI pipelines.
- Data Engineering & Management
- Collaborate with data engineers to structure and preprocess large scale datasets (structured, unstructured, streaming).
- Implement feature engineering, data labeling, and quality assurance processes.
- MLOps & Deployment
- Deploy models in production using frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or custom APIs.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Monitor and retrain models to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Research & Innovation
- Evaluate latest AI research papers and integrate relevant techniques into product development.
- Drive POCs for generative AI, LLM integration, and domain-specific models.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business teams to align AI outcomes with product goals.
- Document AI workflows, design patterns, and reusable components.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3–4 years of AI/ML engineering in enterprise or product environments.
- Technical Mastery:
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong grasp of NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and applied statistics.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on with AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform.
- MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, MLflow, Kubeflow.
- Data Skills: SQL/NoSQL, Spark, Pandas, data pipeline optimization.
- Other Plus Points: Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus).
Preferred Certifications
- TensorFlow Developer Certificate / PyTorch Developer Certification.
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
- Any published research papers, patents, or contributions to open source AI projects.
