As an Assistant General Counsel, Infrastructure & Compute, you will provide legal support to the General Counsel on a wide range of infrastructure and compute-related matters. This includes advising on cloud computing, data storage, and other technology-related issues. You will also assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts with vendors and partners, as well as providing guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology and infrastructure, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to the General Counsel on infrastructure and compute-related matters.
  • Advise on cloud computing, data storage, and other technology-related issues.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies for infrastructure and compute-related matters.

Requirements:

  • JD or LL.B. degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a technology or infrastructure-related field.
  • Strong understanding of technology and infrastructure, including cloud computing and data storage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
