As an Associate Clinical Data Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and scientists to manage and analyze data for clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Python, Machine Learning, and AWS, as well as experience in data management and clinical data analysis. You will also have excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team of data professionals.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
