As an Associate Director, Product Manager - Workforce Adaptive Planning, you will lead the development of workforce adaptive planning solutions that leverage data analysis and machine learning to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy workforce adaptive planning solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into our solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on workforce planning or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
