Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop power distribution systems for aerospace applications
- Ensure compliance with DO-178C and aerospace safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power systems into spacecraft
- Optimize power efficiency and thermal management for space environments
- Conduct simulations and testing to validate system performance
- Document design specifications and test results for certification
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in power systems design for aerospace or defense
- Proficiency in PCB layout tools and embedded systems programming
- Knowledge of DO-178C and aerospace certification processes
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
