Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop radio frequency systems for aerospace communication
- Optimize antenna performance and signal integrity for space environments
- Conduct electromagnetic simulations and RF testing
- Ensure compliance with aerospace communication standards and DO-178C
- Collaborate with GNC teams to integrate RF systems into spacecraft
- Document design specifications and test procedures for certification
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in RF systems design for aerospace or defense
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS)
- Knowledge of DO-178C and aerospace certification processes
- Experience with Python for automation and data analysis
