Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems for AI-native care orchestration platforms
- Architect and optimize microservices to handle high-throughput, low-latency workloads

Requirements
- 7+ years of backend development experience with Python
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying microservices architectures
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Experience with AI/ML system integration and orchestration
- Proficiency in system design, performance optimization, and distributed systems
