As a Braze Trainer at RTX, you will be responsible for training and supporting users on the Braze platform, with a focus on machine learning and data science. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training content, provide technical support, and collaborate on product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content for Braze users, including online courses, workshops, and one-on-one support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training content.
- Provide technical support to Braze users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Stay up-to-date with Braze product developments and provide feedback to the product team.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including documentation, videos, and presentations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a training or technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of Braze and its features, including machine learning and data science capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, data science, or a related field.
