About the Role
As a Business Applications Specialist on the Information Systems team in our New York office, you’ll play a vital role in partnering closely with Sales and Account Management teams to design, build, and implement CRM, automation, and GenAI-powered solutions. This is a builder-centric role focused on improving day-to-day workflows, accelerating productivity, and helping our global revenue engine scale more effectively.
How you’ll make an impact
- Architect & Implement: Partner with global business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions within business applications.
- Drive Automation at Scale: Design, build, and maintain enterprise declarative automation (e.g., Salesforce Flow, Dynamics Business Rules) that supports hundreds of users across global regions.
- Pioneer GenAI Solutions: Identify high-value use cases for Generative AI within our business processes. You will prototype and deploy LLM-driven tools (e.g., automated sales assistance, intelligent data synthesis) using APIs and native AI capabilities.
- Scale through Enablement: Transform our Sales team from “users” to “builders” by teaching them to create their own low-code GenAI tools, speeding up their daily workflows.
- Introduce new tools and capabilities: Learn and onboard new tools quickly, implementing best practices and adapting solutions as business needs evolve.
- System Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements, from discovery and sandbox testing to production deployment and user adoption.
- Collaborate with global Information Systems and Integration/Development teams on cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Business Systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying complex, multi-stage automations (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Flows) – managing thousands of records and hundreds of users without compromising system performance.
- Strong understanding of sales or go-to-market processes and how to map them to technical solutions.
- Experience implementing GenAI solutions for business users. Hands-on experience or deep conceptual knowledge of implementing GenAI solutions for business users (e.g., LLM-based integrations, prompt engineering for sales automation, RAG-based tools).
- Ability to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and practical sales workflows (e.g., lead enrichment, predictive scoring).
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with a manager and team based in a different time zone
Bonus points if you have:
- Comfort with vibe coding or light scripting/coding, with the ability to adapt and troubleshoot generated code.
- Familiarity with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
