About the Team
To strengthen our Pre-Sales Team with approximately 60 team members from various areas, we are looking for you full-time immediately. Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on consumer loans and fulfill their greatest wishes every day. Your Role at FINANZCHECK.de
- You are the first point of contact for our new customers as a Call Center Agent and are responsible for data collection via telephone.
- Independent execution of outbound calls for customer inquiries to clarify relevant concerns.
- With your intuition and a good needs analysis, you find out what your customer really needs and help them find the optimal loan offer.
- You form a team with your sales colleagues and are in constant exchange. Your preliminary work is important, as you hand over the customers directly into the sales process.
- You assist customers with initial questions and inspire them to work with FINANZCHECK.de.
- Our modern communication tools and digital closing options from our partners ensure an efficient daily workflow.
What You Bring
- You have already gained initial professional experience in direct customer contact – ideally by phone (sales or retail).
- Communication is your strength! You enjoy direct customer contact and analyzing needs.
- You are fluent in German at a native speaker level.
- You are proficient with computers and quickly learn new systems.
- You feel comfortable in a team, are reliable, independent, and have good time management skills.
