Your Role with Us
- As a Call Center Agent, you are the first point of contact for our new customers and are responsible for data collection via telephone.
- Independently conduct outbound calls for customer inquiries to clarify relevant concerns.
- With your intuition and a good needs analysis, you will find out what your customer really needs and help them find the optimal credit offer.
- You form a team with your sales colleagues and are in constant exchange. Your preliminary work is important, as you hand over customers directly into the sales process.
- You assist customers with initial questions and inspire them to work with FINANZCHECK.de.
- With our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, an efficient working day is guaranteed.
What You Bring
- You have already gained initial professional experience in direct customer contact – ideally by phone (sales, or in retail).
- Communication is your strength! You enjoy direct contact with customers and analyzing their needs.
- You are fluent in German at a native speaker level.
- You are proficient in using computers and quickly adapt to new systems.
- You feel comfortable in a team, are reliable, independent, and have good time management skills.
