As a Command Systems Hardware Design and Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of command systems hardware, overseeing the development of complex systems and ensuring technical excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement system requirements, develop and maintain system designs, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong technical background in hardware design, systems engineering, and embedded systems, with experience in FPGA design and digital signal processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system-level design and development, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
