We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Component and Product Quality Engineer, Interconnects to join our team. As a key member of our quality engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality components and products for our interconnects. This includes developing and implementing quality control processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing data to drive quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality components and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to drive quality improvements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
