As a Configuration Analyst – Level 2, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing complex configurations for technical systems. You will utilize Python and AWS to develop and implement configuration management processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL principles and Agile methodologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve configuration-related issues, and develop and maintain documentation to support configuration management processes.
