As a Configuration Analyst - Level 2 or 3, you will be responsible for analyzing and maintaining complex configurations for software and hardware systems. You will utilize your technical expertise in configuration management and ITIL to ensure that configurations are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain complex configurations for software and hardware systems.
- Develop and implement configuration management processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in configuration management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
